Returns Policy

Returns policy:

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged in some way. In these circumstances we will replace it in the same, or other, format if applicable. Refunds are solely at the discretion of the company.

Cancellation:

Reports:
All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or fax. Cancellations received after payment has been made but before a product has been despatched will be accepted only at the company’s discretion.

No cancellation will be accepted after the report has been despatched.

Conferences:
Cancellation of a delegate place is allowed without financial penalty up to 1 week after the booking has been made. This cancellation must be in writing, by e-mail or fax and be more than 1 month before the event commences.

If a cancellation is made less than 1 month before the event commences, a penalty charge of 50% of invoice value is applied.  

Cancellation less than 1 week before the event commences will not be accepted and the full invoice value is payable. In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to transfer to another conference or product but only at the discretion of the company.
